Supports yacht operations from shore by coordinating captains, crew, vendors, procurement, scheduling, compliance, certifications, maintenance, drydock planning, provisioning, budgets, events, and passenger requirements. The role liaises with legal, finance, sales, and senior management; oversees yacht planning software; supports safety and emergency response; and ensures regulatory and company policy compliance. Requires flexibility, leadership, organization, maritime administration expertise, and the ability to travel internationally.
