Teams at Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd.

Manage room attendant assignments, record and distribute housekeeping reports, maintain room status and key control, handle guest requests and lost property, update administrative and attendance records, and coordinate maintenance with Engineering.

Prepare and monitor food production following Chef de Partie and Sous Chef instructions. Maintain food quality, sanitation, storage, portion control, and equipment safety. Support kitchen operations, attend trainings, follow health and safety procedures, and work shifts including public-area service when required.

Support Marina Bay Sands sustainability program by planning and executing sustainable events and capital projects, developing learning materials, researching product sustainability standards, and analyzing resource consumption data to identify improvements and support implementation.
