Develops and leads the group learning and development strategy for insurance agency distribution. Responsibilities include conducting capability gap analysis, designing and delivering leadership and sales training, coordinating with country learning teams and internal or external subject matter experts, managing train-the-trainer programs, and strengthening leadership and frontline capabilities across regional business units.

Manages application work prioritization, quality standards, vendors, and offshore teams. Ensures timely remediation of vulnerabilities, audit findings, and technology risks. Aligns technical solutions with strategic objectives, analyzes process impacts, recommends optimization and cost-effective solutions, and supports operational compliance.

Manage finance-related business transition and transformation projects from demand intake through delivery. Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, coordinating resources, monitoring schedules and progress, identifying efficiency opportunities, reporting cost or quality deviations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project governance, gate reviews, post-audits, and quality control.

Supports Business Impact Office initiatives through data uploads, validation, reporting, dashboard maintenance, programme coordination, budgeting, event support, vendor liaison, marketing material updates, stakeholder support, and helpdesk administration. Ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, documentation, issue resolution, and effective delivery of lead generation, worksite, and business growth programmes.

Supports IFRS 17 financial reporting through actuarial analysis, OPAT driver and CSM movement analysis, management reporting, and business insights. Maintains actuarial models and reporting systems, supports product and system changes, testing, validation, reconciliations, documentation, and issue resolution. Contributes to strategic planning, budgeting models, and financial reporting projects while using automation and emerging technologies to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

Leads the Internal Audit function for Singapore and Brunei, setting risk-based audit strategy, overseeing audit execution and quality, reporting to the Audit Committee, engaging regulators, and providing independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal controls. The role manages a multidisciplinary audit team, develops talent, promotes analytics and automation, monitors emerging risks, and maintains trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while preserving audit independence.

Manage regulatory compliance and risk culture, focusing on market conduct requirements for retail customers. Provide compliance advice, assess regulatory gaps, monitor remediation, maintain compliance registers, liaise with MAS and industry associations, support regulatory reporting, and mentor team members. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore’s Financial Advisers Act, regulatory communication, relationship building, project management, and presentation skills.
