About the Role

The Talent & Culture Consultant leads the delivery of Learning & Development and Talent & Culture initiatives across the organisation. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, leaders, and other talent team members, the role contributes to diagnosing capability needs, coordinating learning solutions, and supporting programs that build workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, engagement, and culture.

Learning & Development Program Delivery

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of learning interventions, in collaboration with content experts, for learning programmes 

  • Act as a Learning Partner to the business, diagnosing team effectiveness and capability issues, and proposing appropriate interventions.

  • Work with business units to develop function-specific course content or learning paths

  • Update e-learning content used in internal training

  • Analyse external vendors' learning course content, checking for suitability to meet training needs

  • Select suitable internal and/or external trainers in consultation with business units

  • Monitor budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes

  • Manage virtual learning community platforms

  • Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses

Divisional Partner

  • Partner with divisions and HR Business Partners to support the implementation of enterprise-wide and division-specific Talent & Culture initiatives.

  • Provide coordination and analytical support for talent processes such as succession planning, talent reviews, and the management of individual development plans.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand workforce capability & development needs and support the identification of suitable learning and development solutions.

  • Assist in embedding organisational culture by supporting learning, engagement, and communications initiatives aligned to cultural priorities.

  • Support the review and interpretation of employee engagement survey results and assist in developing practical action plans at team and divisional levels.

  • Contribute to team effectiveness and leadership development initiatives through diagnostics, workshops, and learning interventions.

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on development planning, learning pathways, and career development, escalating complex matters where required.

Support and or lead on enterprise learning, development, culture initiatives from time to time.
