The Assistant Director will lead technology capability development, oversee AI initiatives, foster industry partnerships, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Supports planning and delivery of SWITCH and SLINGSHOT programs through content development, event operations, partner engagement, marketing outreach, vendor coordination, digital platform management, and post-event reporting. The role manages multiple workstreams, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, develops engaging materials, and supports startup ecosystem participation and event execution.

Delivers HR operations across headquarters and overseas offices, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, policy implementation, employee experience, and process improvement. Partners with HR stakeholders, supports workforce planning and strategic projects, and advances HR digitalization through automation, AI, and HRIS solutions. Requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus discretion with confidential information.

Oversee and inspect construction and installation of rail power supply systems, supervise contractors, ensure safety, quality and timely completion, liaise with stakeholders, support reporting, and assist with statutory inspections and testing/commissioning.

Lead contractor management for construction and enhancement of MRT lines and trackwork. Responsible for safety, quality, progress, environmental impact, risk and cashflow management, issuing instructions and assessing claims, and coordinating with project teams, designers, stakeholders and the railway operator. Oversee all aspects of track construction including locomotive planning and scheduling at depot and mainline.

Lead engineering and project management for CBTC signalling and platform screen door systems across new and existing MRT lines. Oversee design review, equipment delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, contractor management, safety, quality, risk, cashflow, variations/claims, and stakeholder coordination including designers, architects, agencies and operators. Involves on-site and overseas testing and occasional night/weekend work.

Support engineers and managers in documentation, design review, installation supervision, testing and commissioning of signalling and platform screen door systems (including CBTC/ATC/ATO/ATP/CBI/DCS) for new and existing MRT lines. Coordinate safety, quality, progress, environmental impact, and stakeholder interfaces to ensure system integration without affecting railway operations.

Support supervision and implementation of rail communications system contracts for MRT projects. Assist site operations under guidance, inspect testing and commissioning, ensure safety, progress and quality meet contract and regulatory requirements, review contractors' method statements for compliance, and perform night/overtime work as needed.

Lead management of contractors to design, supply, install, test and commission rail communications (fibre, radio, PA, telephony, CCTV, access and passenger information) across control centres, depots, stations and trackside. Ensure safety, quality, progress and environmental compliance; manage risks, cash flows, variations, payments and claims; coordinate with project teams, contractors, designers and operators; prepare tender specifications and participate in evaluations and awards.

Support planning, design review, site inspection, and execution of railway trackwork projects. Monitor safety, quality, progress and environmental compliance; prepare technical and daily reports; review contractor submissions; coordinate stakeholders; troubleshoot track maintenance and performance issues. May perform night/weekend work.
