[LTA-VS] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (OPERATIONS)

Provide administrative and operational support for Foreign Vehicle Permits: process counter and online applications, track digital service reports, collate statistics, audit online applications and checkpoints, handle customer feedback, perform operational checks on contractors, liaise with external agencies, and provide system-related support. May be deployed to different worksites and undergo medical declaration or further assessments.
[What the role is]
SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (OPERATIONS)[What you will be working on]
You will provide both administrative and operational support to Foreign Vehicle Permits Division. Your role will include, but not limited to, processing of counter transactions and online applications, tracking of digital services reports, collating counter statistics, online applications audits, and handling customers’ feedback (both phone calls and written reply). You are also expected to perform operational checks on contractors, liaise with external agencies, audits at the checkpoints and provide system-related support from time to time. You may also be deployed to different LTA worksites during or after office hours.

• Knowledge in any discipline
• Candidates with relevant experience customer service or digital services, may have an added advantage
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
• Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented
• Those with relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions
