The successful candidate will support multiple personnel categories and concurrent HR cases on a one-year contract.

Support technology-enabled process improvements through data analytics, dashboards, automation, and basic AI use cases using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python. Develops strategies and policies to strengthen Singapore’s logistics sector resilience. Responsibilities include monitoring ecosystem capacity, identifying systemic vulnerabilities, creating activation and crisis-response plans, designing exercises, tracking leading indicators, and engaging public and private stakeholders to improve preparedness and response capabilities.

Supports international strategies to enhance Singapore’s arts and culture profile, cultivates relationships with global arts organizations and government stakeholders, coordinates engagement activities and partnership agreements, and provides administrative support for grants, commissions, travel, briefs, payments, and projects.

Leads artificial intelligence and emerging technology capability development, technology roadmaps, training programs, industry partnerships, and business growth. Oversees technology projects, develops high-performing teams, creates AI-powered services, identifies enterprise and government opportunities, and represents the School at industry forums. The role also translates advanced technologies into business solutions and ensures training remains aligned with evolving industry needs.

Leads GovTech’s partnerships and engagement portfolio to advance Singapore’s digital government goals. Develops strategic relationships with technology companies, industry, government agencies, and international counterparts; leads cross-organisational programmes; advises senior leaders; manages portfolio risks; drives transformation and operational excellence; and develops leadership capability across teams.

Lead planning, design, implementation and review of walking and cycling schemes. Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, provide professional advice, and apply traffic/highway engineering expertise to improve active mobility.

The Manager will oversee the procure to pay process, engage stakeholders for budget and procurement management, implement FRAP systems, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and operations.

Support EDB Finance by improving and automating incentive administration workflows. Co-design systems and dashboards, review company claims for compliance, perform on-site assessments, prepare reports to senior management, identify policy gaps, and promote incentive governance and risk management.

Develop and execute brand, content, and digital marketing campaigns for Singapore Global Network. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools, translating insights into recommendations for optimization.

Manage Intelligent Transport Systems projects to enhance pedestrian safety. Responsibilities include project oversight, maintenance programmes, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee the integration and commissioning of OT and IT systems supporting Singapore road tunnels. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, reviewing integration designs, managing stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, identifying integration risks, supervising installation and testing, and improving operational processes. The role requires knowledge of ICS, SCADA, OT protocols, middleware, and IT/OT integration, with cybersecurity and analytics experience advantageous.

Develop technical and regulatory requirements for integrating ADAS and connected/autonomous vehicle technologies into Singapore’s roads and public transport. Evaluate safety for trials, registration, and regular use; assess cybersecurity risks and mitigation measures; support functional safety and roadworthiness controls; and monitor emerging vehicle technology trends. Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct risk management, and contribute to automotive cybersecurity and transportation research.

Owns the SOC capability roadmap, backlog, technology portfolio, vendor strategy, budget, KPIs, and governance alignment. Translates business risk, compliance obligations, and threat intelligence into prioritized detection, automation, monitoring, and analyst-enablement capabilities. Leads stakeholder engagement, sprint planning, vendor evaluations, reporting, operational reviews, detection lifecycle improvements, and post-incident remediation. Requires deep SOC operations knowledge, cybersecurity experience, strategic product or SOC leadership experience, and familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and regulated environments.
