Provide 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from an Operations Control Centre. Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, detecting and logging faults, escalating issues under SOPs and business continuity plans, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting maintenance activities, assisting with system testing and commissioning, and performing post-maintenance sanity checks. The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Provides expert guidance on securing AI systems throughout the development lifecycle in a railway operational technology environment. Reviews security submissions against frameworks including MITRE ATLAS, OWASP ML Security Top 10, NIST AI RMF, and IEC/ISO standards. Develops AI security guidelines, assesses supply chain risks, supports incident response, monitors emerging threats, and advises engineering and OT teams on secure AI implementation.

Oversee enterprise risk management activities, including identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and corporate risks. Engage engineering and operational teams to understand technical issues, challenge assumptions, and develop strategic risk insights for senior management. Maintain the enterprise risk register, review emerging risks and mitigation measures, and support governance discussions. The role requires strong engineering or operational experience, analytical and systems thinking, communication skills, and the ability to assess emerging technologies and their implications for organisational resilience.

Lead design and delivery of station rejuvenation projects across the MRT network. Manage consultants, oversee civil/structural design development, secure approvals, safeguard corridors, control budget and schedule, evaluate tenders, and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to reduce congestion, improve accessibility, and modernize ageing stations from concept through implementation.

Provide engineering support for projects in electrical services for rail, including design, specification development, commissioning, and technology review.

Assess vehicle cybersecurity submissions and perform regulatory audits, technical testing (fuzzing, pentesting, vulnerability scans), investigate incidents, and review manufacturers' annual cybersecurity reports and vSOC evidence to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Provide administrative and operational support for Foreign Vehicle Permits: process counter and online applications, track digital service reports, collate statistics, audit online applications and checkpoints, handle customer feedback, perform operational checks on contractors, liaise with external agencies, and provide system-related support. May be deployed to different worksites and undergo medical declaration or further assessments.

Develop and execute brand, content, and digital marketing campaigns for Singapore Global Network. Create engaging multimedia content, manage social channels, collaborate with agencies, publishers, partners, creators, and internal teams, and promote Singapore to global talent and entrepreneurs. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools, translating insights into recommendations for optimization.

Supports communications and marketing for land transport policies, projects, and initiatives. Develops content, internal communications, corporate branding, outreach campaigns, and engagement events. Helps research and launch a membership management portal for the Friends of Land Transport programme, including user-needs research, AI-enabled solutions, and translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.

Supports accounting close activities, audits, reconciliations, subsidiary financials, reporting, and cost recovery. Participates in finance-system transformation through process redesign, SOP development, UAT, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and change management. Drives continuous improvement using automation and AI tools, delivers training, and supports finance projects.

Administer the OneMotoring portal and lead content strategy, design, access management, and publishing compliance. Manage a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep content current, accurate, engaging, and user-focused. Use AI tools, analytics, and design capabilities to improve workflows and user experience. Create clear digital content and apply strong visual, typography, layout, and UX judgment across the portal.

Supports SGN corporate strategy, planning, performance management, analytics, and strategic projects. Responsibilities include coordinating governance meetings, researching trends, developing strategy papers and workplans, monitoring KPIs, maintaining dashboards, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and translating findings into recommendations. The role collaborates with EDB, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop initiatives and address strategic challenges.
