Manage day-to-day operations of PAssion Wave outlets: plan and coordinate water-sports and camp programmes, supervise staff and volunteers, maintain facilities, manage budgets and cash, ensure safety and quality standards, mobilise members for community initiatives, and perform safety operations including launching and driving powerboats for search and rescue.
