Develop and execute strategic communications for ROMM and the Syariah Court, including public education, content, media engagement, stakeholder partnerships, engagement activities, and brand alignment. The role supports initiatives promoting marriage resilience, parenting, preschool readiness, and stronger Muslim families while providing management updates and data-informed recommendations.

Leads the Land Transport Authority’s Transport AI programme, setting strategy, building multidisciplinary teams, and delivering AI products across public transport, traffic management, and road operations. Oversees AI platforms, safety controls, evaluations, governance, adoption programmes, and production deployment. Partners with operations, engineering, policy, government agencies, and senior leadership to ensure AI solutions are scalable, trustworthy, and embedded in operational workflows.

Design, develop, modernize, deploy, and operate secure cloud-native digital services and application components. Build front-end and back-end systems, APIs, integrations, microservices, and AWS services. Implement automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and alerting; troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Work across the software lifecycle in Agile and DevSecOps teams while maintaining documentation, operational procedures, and continuous service improvements.
