The AVP of Compliance at ADDX will be responsible for keeping abreast of relevant regulatory requirements, interpreting and advising on compliance obligations, preparing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with advertising restrictions, drafting and implementing compliance policies, assisting in audits, reviewing listing applications, and investigating non-compliance issues. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4-6 years of compliance experience in financial institutions, knowledge of relevant acts, strong communication and analytical skills, detail orientation, ability to prioritize work, and a positive attitude.
