As a Biz Ops Intern, you will perform KYC and AML checks, liaise with departments, handle customer queries, assist in reporting, and support operational processes.

Responsibilities
· Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on new and existing customers as part of due diligence processes, in line with regulatory requirements.
· Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from other business departments (e.g. Client Services, Compliance, etc) to ensure that onboarding of customers is completed efficiently and on time.
· Handle queries and requests from customers, internal business units, and external stakeholders.
· Assist with extraction of data for preparation of monthly KPI reports and other ad-hoc reporting.
· Ensure daily BAU transaction processes are completed accurately and timely as per defined SLA.
· Participate and contribute to ongoing efforts in improving current systems and processes to accommodate new requirements.
· Collaborate with the in-house technology team to establish test cases and participate in actual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test the platform’s functionality and resilience.
· Any other operations tasks required.
