What's the role?

As Content Production Planner for APAC, you are hands-on and deeply involved in making marketing happen. You sit at the center of regional marketing teams, the in-house creative organization, and (when required) external partners—turning briefs into delivered campaigns, content, and events.

You own the end-to-end production of digital campaigns, nurture programs, and HERE owned as well as industry events across APAC. From planning and resourcing to execution and delivery, you ensure work gets done—on time, on budget, and at a consistently high standard.

You’ll be part of the Marketing Content Production Team, reporting to the Content Production Lead, and working closely with regional field marketing and global creative teams in a fast-moving, international environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day production management for HERE’s B2B marketing initiatives across APAC, acting as the operational lead for regional campaigns and events.
  • Build and execute content production plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, resourcing, and budget oversight.
  • Translate briefs into clear production actions, assigning work to the in-house creative team and actively driving delivery.
  • Manage production workflows end to end—tracking progress, resolving issues, managing dependencies, and ensuring quality at every stage.
  • Run regional and project-level production stand-ups to keep teams aligned on priorities, risks, and timelines.
  • Work hands-on with HERE’s in-house creative team as the primary production partner, while being responsible for evaluating, selecting, and leading agency pitch processes for potential future regional creative partners in APAC, including quality assessment and ongoing governance.
  • Develop and apply practical templates, standards, and ways of working that simplify production and increase speed across regions.
  • Actively use and maintain collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Canva, EasyContent) to keep plans, assets, and reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Track performance of key initiatives, capture learnings, and apply improvements to future productions.
  • Identify and implement practical tools and automation (including AI-supported solutions) that reduce manual effort and improve transparency.

Who are you?
  • 6+ years of hands-on marketing production and project management experience in agencies, freelance environments, and/or in-house teams.
  • Strong B2B marketing production expertise across digital, print, and event assets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel across markets, stakeholders, and production teams.
  • Experience localizing content for diverse APAC countries, audiences, channels, and languages.
  • Excellent execution skills—you are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable pushing work across the finish line.
  • Demonstrated capability to evaluate creative agencies, run structured pitch processes, and assess quality, fit, and value.
  • Daily working experience with production and collaboration tools such as Workfront, JIRA, Canva, EasyContent/Contently, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of modern content strategies and newest (digital) marketing trends across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • End-to-end production knowledge from digital to print, including photo and video shoots, logistics, timelines, and related cost management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with cultural sensitivity across APAC markets.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • You do not require any type of Work Visa sponsorship by the company
