The Solution Architect at Murex will drive project delivery, collaborate across teams, assess production quality, and engage in presales activities. They will leverage deep domain expertise in capital markets and project methodologies to optimize solutions for clients.

Lead internal communications, employer branding and employee engagement across APAC (~450 employees). Design regional strategies, craft clear narratives, produce communication assets (presentations, newsletters, videos, infographics), partner with leaders and HR, run engagement initiatives and events, collaborate with global teams and external vendors, and measure impact using analytics.

Responsible for managing multiple projects in the APAC region, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards, while engaging with clients and stakeholders.
