Leads annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reviews, variance analysis, financial reporting, risk management, pricing, productivity initiatives, process standardization, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX. Partners with regional, global, and country stakeholders in a matrixed organization while developing finance talent and supporting growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Senior FP&A role supporting Southeast Asia: manage full P&L, lead STRAP/AOP/forecasting cycles, deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, analyze SFDC pipeline, manage working capital and sales commission accruals, build reporting templates and dashboards (Hyperion/SAP/Power BI), partner with commercial and accounting teams, and drive process improvements to support profitable growth.

Support cross-functional teams in preparing contract proposals, tender submissions, and quotations. Builds government, defense, law enforcement, border security, and public safety relationships; leads complex tenders, evaluations, and strategic pursuits; develops distributors and channel partners; positions FTIR, Raman, and radiation detection solutions; manages account strategies, forecasting, market intelligence, and pipeline execution through Salesforce.

Support regional sales performance through SFDC hygiene, pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial reporting. Prepare dashboards, analyze funnel health, track win rates and customer engagement, drive data quality, partner with country sales teams, and present insights to leadership to improve commercial execution.
