Manage ServiceNow’s Singapore partner ecosystem by building partner practices, developing joint go-to-market plans, generating pipeline, supporting sales engagements, and improving customer outcomes. Govern partner performance through assessments, business reviews, tiering, health metrics, and capacity planning. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, and Enablement to align partner investments, certifications, delivery capabilities, and revenue objectives.

Analyze deal trends and drive process and tool improvements.

Lead and elevate ServiceNow's brand creative across APAC, directing regional strategy and execution for campaigns, events, digital, film, and executive experiences. Partner with global and regional teams, manage an embedded studio, contribute hands-on, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows to scale high-quality, consistent brand work.

Own technical advisory relationships across technology partners (ISVs, strategic partners, hyperscalers). Drive architecture, co-innovation, integration patterns, Store/marketplace readiness, and joint GTM. Enable cloud-native reference architectures, AI embedding, and partner certification while representing partner needs to product and engineering teams.
