Senior HR Generalist supporting JAPAC & SAMEA from Singapore. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, change, performance, talent lifecycle, compliance, employee relations, and localising global HR initiatives to improve scalability, engagement, and manager capability.

Lead APAC long-range strategy and regional operating agenda, evaluate expansion and monetization opportunities, build performance frameworks and AI-driven operating transformations, align Markets Strategy & Operations across teams, and coach regional leaders while representing APAC in global forums.

Manage strategic distribution partnerships across APAC, analyze and enhance value from existing partnerships, drive cross-functional workstreams, and negotiate complex deals. Requires significant experience in business development within APAC markets.
