The Senior Engineer will optimize global manufacturing engineering operations through standardization, efficiency improvement, and effective collaboration across teams and sites.

Designs and implements smart warehouse automation (ASRS, conveyors, RFID) and integrates WMS, AI-driven analytics, OCR/barcode receiving, and digital twins. Supports preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional deployment to optimize material flow and just-in-time delivery.

Lead the execution of validation runs, perform advanced analysis and debugging, mentor junior engineers, and develop test programs for HBM validation in a high-pressure environment.

Design, build, and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI systems: train/fine-tune LLMs on multi-GPU clusters, optimize distributed training and GPU performance, develop autonomous AI agents and data pipelines, implement CI/CD for ML solutions, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize AI applications for manufacturing.

Lead a global multi-discipline facilities engineering team for semiconductor water and waste systems across U.S. and Asia. Oversee design, construction, operations, and sustaining activities for greenfield fabs; drive standardization, reliability, sustainability, cost control, capacity planning, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Perform process and equipment troubleshooting, qualification, and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing. Lead new equipment qualification, support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, manage MES data, drive yield improvement and cost reduction, manage supplier quality, and integrate AI-assisted tools for process improvements.

Lead automation projects to improve labor efficiency across manufacturing processes: identify opportunities, design solutions with vendors, manage implementation to production release, define and run tests, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ROI, safety, and ramp-up success.

Lead development, characterization, integration, and qualification of wafer-level advanced packaging processes (hybrid bonding, TCB, flip chip). Drive process and equipment selection, data-driven yield and quality improvements (SPC, DOE, FDC), and transfer technologies to high-volume manufacturing while collaborating across materials, equipment, reliability, design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Lead regional mechanical facilities engineering for semiconductor sites: drive design and construction, reliability and O&M programs, sustainability alignment, project management, metrics (MTTF/MTTR, PMs), TPM/SPC process deployment, cost and energy reduction, training, and cross‑site standards and continuous improvement.
