1. Lead Global Central NPM Organization
- Be responsible for the Central NPM operating model.
- Drive consistency across MSB, MTB, MMY, MXA, MMP and future sites.
- Establish governance, benchmark reviews, processes for handling blocking issues and operating cadence.
- Develop planning talent and leadership bench strength.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence.
2. Drive End-to-End New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution
- Ensure NPI build plans are executable and aligned with customer commitments.
- Lead network-wide NPI execution reviews.
- Manage critical issues impacting sample delivery and qualification timelines.
- Partner with Product Development and Business Units to mitigate execution risks.
- Improve NPI OTD, MAD stability, and commit accuracy.

- Partner with Finance and Manufacturing to improve inventory turns and working capital performance.
