As an AI Intern, develop an Agentic AI framework for requirement normalization, enhance Generative AI models, and document findings. Collaborate in research and implementation using machine learning and natural language processing.

The intern will support expatriate relocation processes, prepare contracts and cost projections, ensure data quality, and assist with management reports.

Ensure regulatory compliance, drive cost and process improvements, manage supplier and partner relationships, report KPIs, and develop the logistics team to meet business objectives.

Lead yield analysis and improvement for semiconductor manufacturing through statistical analysis, root-cause investigations, experiment design, and cross-functional yield improvement programs. Implement data management tools, predictive models, and reporting to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.

Lead NPI for automotive IC assembly (QFP/QFN/BGA) from package development to mass production at OSATs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop procedures, ensure traceability and quality, troubleshoot yield issues, manage customer complaints, and mentor junior staff.

Intern will develop and optimize AI models for image extraction, perform feature extraction on datasets, and collaborate with research engineers on proof of concepts.

The intern will design and implement an Android application that interacts with IoT devices, create an interactive UI/UX, and debug the application.

Intern will assist in designing and optimizing computer vision algorithms, developing object detection models, and integrating vision algorithms into production systems.
