Manage budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and variance analysis. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, balance sheet and P&L consolidations per accounting standards. Support regional HR transformation by coordinating training, multi-country payroll, analytics, and governance. Execute Asia-wide projects, prepare audit materials, manage Singapore payroll controls, employee engagement, and benefits administration to reduce risk and enable senior HR leadership.
