Finance Intern supporting financial reporting, data collection, validation, analysis, presentations, finance operations, automation initiatives, and workflow documentation. The role collaborates with internal teams to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency while developing analytical and financial systems skills.

Supports CapitaLand’s corporate social responsibility initiatives in Singapore through programme coordination, volunteer management, stakeholder engagement, data collection, reporting, process digitalisation, and communications content development. The intern will assist with CSR events, impact tracking, digital media, presentations, and impact storytelling while contributing to community development projects.

Lead enterprise talent management initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, talent reviews, and workforce planning. Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Analytics, and external stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines. Develop talent frameworks, dashboards, development plans, and program effectiveness measures. Drive strategic projects involving organizational design, capability models, workforce shaping, and AI-enabled talent practices.

Provides administrative and coordination support to Marketing and Casual Leasing teams. Responsibilities include procurement documentation, SAP processing of invoices and purchase orders, document control, database maintenance, reporting, tenant correspondence, campaign and event assistance, voucher administration, and operational support. The role also coordinates with digital service teams and handles other general administrative duties.

Manages community engagement programming across workspace properties, including campaigns, events, retail promotions, digital communications, publicity, stakeholder partnerships, and tenant collaborations. Develops content for email, websites, social media, and mobile apps; monitors feedback; evaluates programme performance; tracks budgets; and supports strategic campaigns, events, and broader marketing communications initiatives.

Support HR functions including internal communications (eDMs, intranet), employee programs, research on best practices, training design and delivery, employer branding, and internship programme support.

Supports leasing, management, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and portfolio performance reporting for real estate assets. Maintains system security, data integrity, workflow processes, and space requirements. Assists with leasing deal documentation, asset business planning, market and competitor research, data analysis, and management updates for stakeholders.

Lead design and operation of group-wide performance management and reward programmes for asset-management and corporate businesses. Develop compensation strategies (base, annual and long-term incentives, carried interest, co-investment), conduct benchmarking, financial modelling, governance, and implementation. Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Legal, Finance and external advisers, support M&A due diligence and integrations, and produce analytics, communications and programme administration.

The role involves developing decarbonisation pathways for global properties, analyzing sustainability data, optimizing building performance, and managing sustainability-related data systems.
