Partner with SEA retail and market leaders to drive workforce planning, org design, recruitment, talent pipelines, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, frontline engagement, and change management across Singapore and Thailand.

Lead end-to-end HR operations for Singapore: manage onboarding, contracts, payroll, statutory submissions, CPF/tax filings, work pass applications, HRIS accuracy, vendor SLAs, and a junior HR Operations resource. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment law, maintain audit-ready records, and drive process standardization and operational discipline across SEA support.
