Develop machine learning, statistical, optimization, computer vision, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for smart manufacturing. Analyze operational data, build production-ready AI applications, support cloud deployment and model monitoring, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, IT, and software teams to improve quality, productivity, reliability, and decision-making.

Build and maintain scalable enterprise data platforms, pipelines, integrations, and reusable data products for global manufacturing operations. Implement data governance, quality monitoring, metadata, lineage, and master data practices. Develop cloud-native, batch, streaming, and event-driven solutions supporting analytics, AI, reporting, smart factories, and digital twins. Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and operations stakeholders while applying DevOps, observability, and CI/CD practices.

Develop secure, responsive operational applications for manufacturing and frontline workflows across mobile, tablet, and industrial devices. Integrate applications with SAP, MES, enterprise data platforms, AI services, and backend APIs. Build offline-capable workflows, digital instructions, inspections, maintenance tools, inventory transactions, and intelligent user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams using Agile practices while evaluating emerging technologies such as wearables, barcode systems, voice interaction, and AI assistants.

Monitors import/export compliance across China, Europe, and Asia, maintains SAP/MIC trade data, resolves discrepancies, supports customs reconciliation, researches regulatory changes, and identifies automation and process improvement opportunities. Collaborates with logistics, supply chain, finance, legal, compliance, and regional trade teams.

Manages end-to-end customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing, resolves complex customer service issues, coordinates with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service teams, and ensures compliance with company policies and international requirements. Provides order status updates, supports revenue recognition, handles escalations, processes changes and returns, and contributes to customer service KPIs. Supports Korean customers in English and Korean and may work extended shifts during month-end.

Develop and execute channel strategies to grow sales through partner networks. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage channel partners; establish performance goals and incentive programs; analyze partner results; and build strategic relationships. The role requires market analysis, negotiation, reporting, coaching, and resolving partner challenges. Experience in chemical analysis and life science laboratory businesses is required, along with frequent travel.

Supports complex analytical instruments through electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, yield and reliability improvement, sustaining engineering, change qualification, NPI manufacturing transitions, and production test development. The role debugs electronic assemblies from component to system level, develops test software and stations, analyzes quality data, manages engineering documentation, and collaborates with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and Operations teams.
