Map workflows, translate requirements into automated solutions (Excel VBA, scripts, workflow tools, generative AI), coordinate implementations, test and document automations, and drive continuous optimization across operational and technical teams.

Expression of interest for Investor Services roles (Associate through Manager). Responsibilities include day-to-day investor operations, transaction processing, SLA management, MIS reporting, signatory duties, coaching and team development, registry coordination, operational controls, process improvements, automation projects, and regulatory compliance.
