What You Will Get To Do:
- Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of implementation projects, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Execute implementation tasks, collaborate and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, design and configure products, automate and optimize workflows.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours.
- Prepare system and data transition plans, and complete migration involving historical data take-on.
- Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support during go-live events.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently by gathering information from a variety of sources to acquire the knowledge needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Develop strong communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and nontechnical individuals.
- Ability to maximize productivity through disciplined time management practices.
- Working knowledge of Geneva and SS&C Recon or expertise with similar.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting is required, Postgraduate degree a plus.
- 10+ years of client experience in the FinTech industry is required. Candidates of less experience may be considered for a less senior role.
- Well recognized SME with strong technology and business knowledge.
- Technical experience preferably covers SQL, C#, XSLT and/or AI. Fundamental knowledge around infrastructure and networking certainly a plus.
- Business experience preferably covers Asset Management, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency.
- Solid working knowledge of client back office workflow and operations are required.
- Expertise with the general ledger, fund accounting and trial balance is required.
- Excellent communication, project, and client management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and proactivity.
- Ability to learn quickly and present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Local market knowledge for countries in APAC.
- Ability to speak and write fluent English.
