Requires strong alternative investment accounting knowledge, IFRS expertise, advanced Excel skills, and substantial team leadership experience.

Participate in a structured sales training program while prospecting accounts, building relationships with M&A professionals, identifying sales opportunities, presenting Intralinks’ value proposition, conducting discovery, supporting sales teams, and learning business development, customer support, CRM, and solution-selling processes.

Supports private markets fund accounting across client relationships, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial schedules, transaction documentation, fee calculations, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, financial statements, audits, carried interest models, and tax reporting. Requires at least one year of relevant fund accounting or audit experience, strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, attention to deadlines, and effective communication.

Lead and deliver implementation consulting for financial services clients: gather requirements, configure systems (Geneva/SS&C Recon), manage data migrations, run training and go-lives, troubleshoot, and maintain client relationships while ensuring project delivery and operational optimization.

Drive new client acquisition and account expansion for SS&C Intralinks’ alternative investments segment in Singapore. Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, contract closure, onboarding coordination, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota achievement. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, and hedge funds.

Lead business analysis and process improvement for fund accounting operations. Map workflows, translate requirements into automated solutions (Excel VBA, scripts, workflow tools, generative AI), coordinate implementations, test and document automations, and drive continuous optimization across operational and technical teams.

Expression of interest for Investor Services roles (Associate through Manager). Responsibilities include day-to-day investor operations, transaction processing, SLA management, MIS reporting, signatory duties, coaching and team development, registry coordination, operational controls, process improvements, automation projects, and regulatory compliance.
