Lead business analysis and process improvement for fund accounting operations. Map workflows, translate requirements into automated solutions (Excel VBA, scripts, workflow tools, generative AI), coordinate implementations, test and document automations, and drive continuous optimization across operational and technical teams.

Expression of interest for Investor Services roles (Associate through Manager). Responsibilities include day-to-day investor operations, transaction processing, SLA management, MIS reporting, signatory duties, coaching and team development, registry coordination, operational controls, process improvements, automation projects, and regulatory compliance.

Serve as client/investor point of contact for fund accounting and investor services. Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, wire instructions, cash movements and reconciliations. Escalate and resolve service issues, support audits, coach junior staff, contribute to operational and technology initiatives, and liaise with internal teams to prevent and resolve issues.

Lead and deliver implementation consulting for financial services clients: gather requirements, configure systems (Geneva/SS&C Recon), manage data migrations, run training and go-lives, troubleshoot, and maintain client relationships while ensuring project delivery and operational optimization.
