Implements, configures, tests, upgrades, and customizes Eze OMS/EMS solutions for global investment-management clients. Coordinates requirements gathering, workflow configuration, integrations, user acceptance testing, disaster recovery testing, fund launches, and client communications. Manages multiple projects, collaborates with consultants, architects, project managers, CSMs, clients, and third parties, and develops repeatable implementation processes while improving team efficiency.

Manages private markets fund accounting relationships and client service teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting services. Reviews governing documents, work papers, capital and investment activity, accruals, and valuation adjustments. Supervises staff, develops procedures and training, manages performance, supports business development, and contributes to local market growth. Requires strong alternative investment accounting knowledge, IFRS expertise, advanced Excel skills, and substantial team leadership experience.

Participate in a structured sales training program while prospecting accounts, building relationships with M&A professionals, identifying sales opportunities, presenting Intralinks’ value proposition, conducting discovery, supporting sales teams, and learning business development, customer support, CRM, and solution-selling processes.
