Support operations with administrative and logistics tasks including data entry, order fulfillment, inventory and shipment coordination, KPI and report generation, vendor invoice verification, PO creation, and urgent order coordination to ensure accurate system transactions and operational compliance.

Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities; liaise with customers, operations and vendors; generate KPIs and reports; verify vendor invoices; manage warehouse supplies and POs; ensure accurate system transactions and compliance with company policies.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Assistant and Country Head, managing calendars, meetings, travel, expense claims, filing, event logistics, stakeholder liaison, office procurement, and preparing meeting materials and minutes while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfillment activities in various warehouse types. Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks, follow standardized routines, resolve routine issues within guidelines, and escalate non-routine problems. Work under supervision with on-the-job training and limited initial business knowledge.
