Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies. Coordinate product releases, apply DFx and lean principles to reduce cost and improve quality, set time standards, recommend tooling, develop and evaluate test procedures, perform root cause analysis and PFMEA, and produce corrective action reports.

Lead and execute complex application activities for semiconductor/display equipment: develop product application roadmaps, run on-site evaluations and demos, define support plans, create methodologies to optimize system performance, transfer new capabilities to support teams, and lead customer technical review meetings.

Troubleshoot test equipment, software, and product issues, monitor yield and throughput, coordinate product releases, recommend tooling and DFx improvements, and train technicians. Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.

Design and execute complex process engineering experiments, characterize hardware and film properties, develop instrumentation and methods, generate technical documentation, lead projects, train engineers, engage customers, and select vendors to resolve advanced process issues.

Develop and apply quality standards, design and implement inspection and test methods, analyze operational data, lead audits, manage qualification and reliability testing, recommend corrective actions, interpret technical drawings, and reduce qualification cycle time and cost.

Manage service parts planning and inventory to meet business entitlements. Forecast demand, control inventory turns and obsolescence, prepare inventory for fab ramps and service agreements, perform root cause analysis for delivery misses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Support fab production by coordinating tool allocations, PM scheduling, lot dispatch, and control wafers. Collaborate daily with manufacturing and engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, maintain 5S, safety and quality compliance, and lead improvement projects to meet output, cycle time, and yield targets.

The role involves developing quality standards, conducting tests, implementing inspection methods, evaluating products, and documenting inspection procedures while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.
