Join Applied Materials South East Asia’s Regional Office and gain hands-on experience supporting projects that connect teams and stakeholders across the region.

Working alongside Regional Office colleagues, the intern will contribute to research, presentations, stakeholder activities, project coordination, and process improvement. The role provides opportunities to gain exposure to corporate strategy & planning, and build practical business skills in a collaborative regional environment.

Project Description:

  • Research & Analysis: Gather insights, and develop recommendations to support Regional Office initiatives and decision-making
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Support: Assist with stakeholder engagement activities through meeting preparation, background research, communications, and follow-up actions
  • Projects & Initiatives: Support regional projects by tracking activities, timelines, materials, and outstanding actions.
  • Briefings & Communications: Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and written updates for different audiences.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and reporting through process enhancements or digital solutions

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

  • Understand how regional projects are developed and delivered.
  • Build practical skills in research, analysis, presentations, and business writing.
  • Gain hands-on experience supporting project activities from planning through execution.
  • Learn how to communicate and collaborate across different teams.
  • Apply problem-solving and process-improvement skills to a practical business challenge.
