Manage and lead Process Support Engineers (PSEs) to deliver on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, repair, and optimization of complex semiconductor/display equipment. Serve as customer liaison, approve operational quality, train and certify junior PSEs, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies. Coordinate product releases, apply DFx and lean principles to reduce cost and improve quality, set time standards, recommend tooling, develop and evaluate test procedures, perform root cause analysis and PFMEA, and produce corrective action reports.

Manage service parts planning and inventory to meet business entitlements. Forecast demand, control inventory turns and obsolescence, prepare inventory for fab ramps and service agreements, perform root cause analysis for delivery misses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade semiconductor/display manufacturing equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems. Use diagnostics, digital analytics and test equipment to resolve issues, follow procedures and safety protocols, coordinate with customers and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.

Lead and execute complex application activities for semiconductor/display equipment: develop product application roadmaps, run on-site evaluations and demos, define support plans, create methodologies to optimize system performance, transfer new capabilities to support teams, and lead customer technical review meetings.

Develop and apply quality standards, design and implement inspection and test methods, analyze operational data, lead audits, manage qualification and reliability testing, recommend corrective actions, interpret technical drawings, and reduce qualification cycle time and cost.

Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment; perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; use digital analytics and basic diagnostics for troubleshooting; coordinate with customers and follow on-site safety and cleanliness protocols.

Plan and control complex multi-line manufacturing schedules, own tool configuration and slotting, approve NPMA, optimize line design and KPIs (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE), manage capacity, training allocation, field and home tool support, coordinate with Product Support and R&D, and manage retrofit and option build plans.

Plan and control production and inventory using MRP and SAP; reconcile supply and demand; manage ECO/ECR disposition; perform pre-shortage and variance analysis; support floor audits and WIP resolution; forecast and optimize spare parts; drive process control and cycle counting; perform data analysis and visualizations using Python, SQL, and Tableau.

The role involves developing commodity strategies, managing supplier agreements, resolving supply chain issues, and presenting cost reduction opportunities.

As a Fab Production Control Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing customer orders, inventory, coordinating with manufacturing and engineering, and analyzing production data to improve productivity and quality.

The Senior Equipment Engineer will ensure optimal performance of wafer fabrication equipment, lead equipment qualification, troubleshoot issues, and drive productivity improvements while supporting new product introductions.
