- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing creative channels like LinkedIn and social media to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs, providing strong talent advisor opinions to facilitate informed, data-driven decisions.
- End-to-End Management: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition management and prescreening to facilitating interviews, managing offer negotiation, and ensuring smooth onboarding handoffs.
- Process Excellence: Drive efficiency by meticulously managing data in Workday, performing salary benchmarking, and preparing insightful recruitment reports to keep stakeholders updated.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Strategic sourcing and high-volume recruitment (junior to senior levels).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn and Workday, and a strong understanding of HR metrics/dashboards.
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience across the entire talent lifecycle, including process design, assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviewing), and talent pooling.
