  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing
  • Adapting to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Understanding the bigger picture and how each hire supports Carta’s overarching goals
  • Driving strategic hiring decisions, influencing the hiring process, and implementing best practices
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience
  • Sourcing top talent proactively by leveraging creative outreach strategies
  • Maintaining data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems
The Team You'll Work With

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 65-person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa)  region.

As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top-tier talent. This position will report into a US-based Talent Acquisition Director. 

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA region
  • Fintech or SaaS experience preferred
  • First principles thinking approach, you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solving
  • Able to build trust and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates by working to understand intrinsic motivators and end-state goals
  • Strong communication skills and prioritize coaching and delivering feedback both internally amongst the team and externally to our hiring partners and candidates
  • You have a growth mindset - you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and develop
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence - you’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball 
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments, and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
