Supply Chain Management

Traineeship Project Description:

Gain hands-on experience in commodity procurement, sourcing, and supplier management while developing an understanding of Buyer and Supply Manager responsibilities. Support procurement strategies, supplier performance monitoring, and supply continuity initiatives. Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and automation. Develop dashboards, reports, and automation tools using Power BI, Excel, Python, and related technologies to support procurement decision-making. Enhance reporting accuracy, data visibility, and operational efficiency across procurement activities.

Desired Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Basic understanding of procurement, supplier management, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to identify process improvement, automation, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
