Lead development and implementation of a Group liquidity risk framework, policies, models and limits; monitor and report liquidity exposures; advise businesses and regulators; support stress tests, audits and infrastructure projects with a focus on digital assets.

Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure stable operations and timely issue resolution. Partner with development to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement enhancements. Automate operational tasks with scripting and automation tools, monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively mitigate issues. Participate in on-call rotations and weekend implementations when required.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale wealth management platforms. Act as a hands-on technical leader across multiple squads, building full-stack platforms (Java, ReactJS, Python, Go), designing distributed systems (microservices, APIs, event-driven, micro-frontends), partnering with product and business stakeholders, driving platform extensibility, reuse, reliability, and contributing to key technical decisions.

Manage end-to-end settlement of Bonds and Repos across global markets, validate trades, send timely settlement instructions, monitor and resolve exceptions, enforce controls and SOPs, drive process improvements and data-driven initiatives, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to mitigate operational risk.

Lead global Wealth Management Channels technology, driving architecture, product delivery, and engineering culture for multi-channel digital products. Manage large budgets and teams, build secure, scalable systems (iOS/Android/Web), implement DevOps/automation, and ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Lead risk monitoring and reporting for consumer credit portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, data quality governance, and timely, accurate reports. Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of AI tools; manage credit losses forecasting and Credit Bureau Singapore submissions; engage stakeholders and support development of next-generation dashboards and analytics.
