Perform and verify currency-linked investment and structured deposit trades, handle account openings, trade placement, settlements, withdrawals/payouts and cash verifications for SGS and secondary market. Lead strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management of digital assets custody products. Collaborate with sales, ops and technology, manage regulatory and operational risk, define go-to-market and pricing, monitor performance and market trends, engage stakeholders, and drive sustainable revenue growth and cost management.

Identify, intercept and manage suspicious remittances/transfers in real time; investigate phishing, job, investment and impersonation scams; counsel victims; coordinate with Singapore law enforcement; maintain fraud database and analyze emerging scam trends; perform rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
