Provide functional and technical support for Murex and global financial market applications. Monitor system health, analyze logs, resolve production issues, optimize configurations, collaborate with development teams, and automate manual operational tasks. Participate in on-call rotations and weekend implementations while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
- Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
- Drive automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools to eliminate manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as e‑Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues efficiently
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations during critical incidents.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and support on-call rotations.
