Lead bunkering operations including fleet planning, vessel scheduling, fuel custody and STS transfers. Ensure compliance with SS648 and QMBS, drive safety and quality, manage budgets and KPIs, lead and train operations staff, and implement process and digital improvements to optimize efficiency and cost.

Manage maritime safety and daily operations: enforce safety policies, conduct inspections and incident investigations, lead training and drills, supervise personnel discipline, support warehouse inventory and documentation, and coordinate operator scheduling to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient marine operations.

Support project execution and documentation by gathering user requirements, preparing test scenarios, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, assisting with data entry, reports and dashboards, providing basic troubleshooting, liaising with users and vendors, and maintaining SOPs and user guides.

Source, screen, and select candidates for maritime and other industry clients. Build client and candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process, use recruitment software, and meet KPIs and lead-generation targets. Work in a fast-paced environment and support business development by bringing in clients and leads.
