Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.

Coordinates with pricing, procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain freight rates and tariff information. Coordinate with regional/country teams, sales, operations and carriers to optimize allocations, convert opportunities, monitor KPIs, and support commercial strategy and reporting.
