Responsibilities include business process analysis, workflow and agent design, requirements gathering, development, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, prompt tuning, and L1–L3 support. The role requires collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams, adherence to automation and change-management practices, and frequent domestic and international travel.

Designs and delivers end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions across HR modules, integrating with payroll, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems. Leads implementation teams through requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, migration validation, and post-go-live support. Advises clients on HR digital transformation, manages risks and escalations, conducts architecture reviews, mentors consultants, and supports proposals and pre-sales activities.

Own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workstreams, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, reporting, security, integrations, data migration, and localization. Lead client workshops, solution design, change governance, AMS engagements, enhancements, stakeholder management, and complex reporting troubleshooting. Configure Employee Central, Time Management, business rules, MDF, position management, permissions, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Lead and support SmartRecruiters implementations, configurations, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, go-live, and stabilization. Gather recruitment requirements from stakeholders and translate them into workflows, approval flows, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle configurations. Provide functional guidance and best practices to HR and business teams while collaborating with technical teams and working independently in a remote environment.

Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM/MM implementations, including solution design, migration, configuration, specifications, master data, integrations, testing, reporting, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. The consultant will assess business requirements, develop SAP solutions, prepare test scenarios, facilitate UAT, and engage stakeholders throughout transformation projects.

Develop, test, deploy, document, monitor, and support UiPath RPA and agentic AI automation solutions. Collaborate with clients to analyze processes, gather requirements, design workflows, integrate APIs and applications, validate AI outputs, tune prompts, resolve incidents, and deliver scalable automation across onsite and remote engagements. The role also involves business analysis, technical documentation, testing, lifecycle management, and L1-L3 support.

Supports the insurance consulting team with business analysis, process improvement, research, benchmarking, deliverable preparation, project coordination, meeting documentation, testing, proposal development, and internal knowledge initiatives across transformation engagements in Southeast Asia.
