Design, develop, and deploy enterprise generative AI agents and full-stack AI applications. Translate client business needs into prototypes, production solutions, and implementation strategies. Build agent workflows using RAG, tool calling, memory, orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes. Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Support consulting workshops, technical advisory, pre-sales demonstrations, and production monitoring while communicating effectively with English- and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Forward Deployed Engineering & Client Delivery
- Partner directly with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI agents can deliver measurable business value.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementation plans, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and proof-of-concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate technical workshops and collaborate with engineering, security, data, and business teams.
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, and Copilot Studio.
- Build advanced agent workflows incorporating tool calling, planning, memory management, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, knowledge repositories, and business processes.
- Implement RAG architectures, prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, evaluations, and performance monitoring.
- Optimize agent quality, reliability, scalability, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Develop modern AI-powered applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Build backend services, APIs, and conversational interfaces with streaming responses, authentication, citations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Apply software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, version control, API design, and reusable component development.
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Deploy and manage applications using containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native services.
- Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and enhance operational resilience.
- Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators to support enterprise AI delivery.
- Support AI and data consulting engagements by translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, analytical approaches, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct workshops and advisory sessions on AI adoption, data strategy, and solution architecture.
- Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts effectively to business and executive stakeholders.
- Build demonstrations, prototype applications, and proof-of-concepts to support client engagements and proposals.
- Validate AI use cases, machine learning models, and solution architectures through rapid prototyping.
- Support client presentations, technical discussions, and solution positioning during the sales process.
- Contribute technical expertise to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Generative AI, AI Agent Development, Full-Stack Development, Cloud Solutions, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents, LLM applications, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Copilot Studio.
- Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment of cloud-based applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguous requirements, and drive solutions from concept to production.
- Experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics, consulting or pre-sales engagements, enterprise-scale AI platform delivery, and exposure to Financial Services, Trading, Supply Chain, or other enterprise environments will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese to effectively communicate and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
