Liaise with HR teams, business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, resolve client tickets, and support Agile delivery. Frequent travel within Singapore and full-time onsite work are required.

Lead SAP SD/MM consulting engagements, including full-cycle implementation, customization, configuration, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with clients, business users, development teams, and business partners. Prepare functional specifications, develop custom reports and enhancements, stabilize solutions, support training, and contribute to continuous improvement across global enterprise transformation projects.

Develop and support UiPath RPA and agentic AI solutions across client engagements. Responsibilities include business process analysis, workflow and agent design, requirements gathering, development, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, prompt tuning, and L1–L3 support. Develop and maintain end-to-end Xceptor data automation and integration solutions for banking and capital markets. Configure MessageHub channels, Mail integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, workflows, parsing, routing, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and exception handling. Integrate upstream transaction systems with downstream accounting, reporting, and analytical platforms.
