Lead end-to-end Employee Central workstreams (Design→Build→Test→Deploy→Hypercare). Configure EC modules (data models, MDF, Business Rules, RBP, Position/Time Management), manage data migration and integrations, deliver reporting solutions, run client workshops, and independently handle AMS/enhancements and stakeholder management.

Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, oversee project planning, scope control, financial management, customer relations, team coordination, risk governance, and quality control ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

Design, build, test, deploy and support Xceptor-based automation solutions. Gather requirements, create documentation/training, integrate with systems, run testing (unit/SIT/UAT), troubleshoot production, and enable consultants through training and case repositories.
