Own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central delivery, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, enhancements, and global rollouts. Configure data models, Business Rules, MDF, RBP, Position Management, Time Management, and integrations. Lead data migration, reporting, security architecture, client workshops, stakeholder management, AMS engagements, and ticket resolution. Deliver Story, Canvas, Table, and cross-domain reports while troubleshooting complex reporting issues.

Develop and support UiPath RPA and agentic AI solutions for client engagements. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing automation workflows, integrating APIs and applications, developing and testing solutions, documenting requirements and designs, evaluating AI outputs, monitoring performance, and providing L1-L3 support. The role also involves incident resolution, prompt tuning, agent optimization, and collaboration with customers across onsite and remote consulting assignments.

Lead SAP MM consulting engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Facilitate client workshops, develop documentation and demonstrations, resolve complex business and system issues, and advise on material management best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams while managing project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables. SAP SD integration knowledge and manufacturing implementation experience are advantageous.
