Develop and govern custom ServiceNow applications and finance workflows within SAP-led transformation programs. Build multi-level approval processes, integrate ServiceNow with SAP systems using APIs and integration platforms, administer platform environments, support testing and documentation, and provide technical leadership. The role bridges finance and procurement process requirements with ServiceNow delivery across PO, SO, WBS, and related enterprise workflows.

Leads and supports software and application development projects from requirements definition through deployment. Translates business needs into technical specifications, coordinates development and testing teams, manages defects, risks, integrations, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with clients, business users, and technical stakeholders while providing project guidance and ensuring application quality and successful delivery. Requires strong English and Japanese communication skills.

Lead Salesforce techno-functional project delivery, manage consultant and analyst teams, translate business requirements, configure and customize Salesforce solutions, manage backlogs, coordinate testing and training, support architecture and PMO reporting, and contribute to solution proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. The role requires expertise across Salesforce clouds, integrations, automation, data migration, security, Agile and Waterfall delivery, and Salesforce certifications.
