Designs and delivers end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leading requirements gathering, functional and technical architecture, integrations, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and issue resolution. Provides guidance to developers and delivery teams while supporting Salesforce presales activities, including discovery, solution approaches, estimation, proposals, and client presentations. Works independently with business and technical stakeholders and must have strong expertise across Salesforce clouds, APIs, middleware, data architecture, Apex, and OmniStudio.

Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management modules for clients. Responsibilities include requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, configuration of performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, testing, data migration, UAT, go-live, user training, post-launch support, and integration alignment with other SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will also advise clients on SAP best practices, product updates, and optimization opportunities.

Lead SAP FICO consulting projects through the full lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, functional specifications, testing, data migration, implementation, integration, and post-go-live support. The consultant will assess complex business requirements, resolve design issues, document configurations, maintain master data standards, and present solutions to multinational clients. Strong SAP FICO consulting experience and multiple end-to-end implementation cycles are required.
