Own institutional client relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, support, and growth. Translate client workflows into platform configurations and technical requirements, provide hands-on support for trading and market-data issues, partner with sales on demonstrations and upselling, and improve support processes and documentation. The role requires knowledge of APIs, financial markets, front-to-back trading systems, and digital assets.
