Looking for an experienced Sales Leader to manage the sales pipeline for the APAC region markets. Responsibilities include building new business opportunities, leading a sales team, executing complex deals, and achieving business metrics. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, track record of winning large deals, and ability to establish distribution partnerships. Must be a self-starter, value diversity, and be willing to travel. Optional experience with database technology is preferred.

Serve as a technical point of contact for assigned customers, provide technical guidance and best practices, collaborate with internal teams, deliver training sessions, maintain knowledge of TiDB products, and more.
