Provide customer-facing support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Debug Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS, backend performance, databases, and cloud issues. Lead incident response, submit fixes to backend and deployment tooling, build diagnostics and health checks, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation. Partner with Engineering and Product to eliminate recurring failures.

Provide technical support to developers using Braintrust: debug Python/TypeScript code, reproduce and escalate bugs, write fixes and scripts, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve developer experience.
