As a Customer Success Architect at Mixpanel, you will work closely with customers in the Greater China Region to drive value through analytics, data governance, and implementation. You will serve as a technical advisor, manage onboarding, and optimize Mixpanel deployments to maximize ROI for clients.

The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers in the Indonesian market. They will collaborate with cross-functional team members to position Mixpanel as the best Product Analytics tool and manage complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a SaaS business or consulting role.
