As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain Alpaca's platform services, including event streaming infrastructure and authentication systems, while ensuring software quality and reliability.

Serve as a technical expert for enterprise customers in the APAC region, resolving complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and improving support efficiency by developing documentation and auditing processes.
