Leads APAC talent development and inclusion strategy, programs, and team execution across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Partners with senior HR and business leaders to deliver culturally relevant leadership, manager, learning, career mobility, and inclusion initiatives. Oversees measurement, reporting, learning technology, external funding, stakeholder influence, and regional resource allocation while developing a distributed team and network of internal and external learning partners.
