Drive revenue growth for Kroll’s Restructuring practice by identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, developing client and intermediary relationships, supporting proposals and pitches, coordinating pursuits, and collaborating across service lines and geographies. The role also tracks business development KPIs and represents Kroll at industry events.

Manage insolvency, restructuring, liquidation, valuation, corporate advisory, and investigation engagements across Singapore and regional jurisdictions. Prepare complex reports for courts and creditors, mentor junior staff, develop best practices, and build client relationships. The role requires strong financial analysis, report writing, communication, commercial judgment, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant professional qualifications and at least five years of insolvency or restructuring experience.

Support insolvency and restructuring engagements across jurisdictions: execute financial and operational restructurings, liquidations and investigations; compile and analyze records; perform cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis; draft complex reports for courts and stakeholders; manage client deadlines and stakeholder interactions.
