Define engagement models with AEs, influence go-to-market and territory strategy, support high-value enterprise deals, translate customer challenges into scalable AI use cases with measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine product and messaging.

Lead strategic AI and experience orchestration engagements to accelerate sales adoption of Genesys AI. Advise customers on AI use cases, run workshops and proofs of concept, support deal strategy, enable field programs, create sales materials, and partner cross-functionally to drive measurable CX outcomes.
