The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee commercial excellence in major infrastructure programs, managing contracts, costs, claims, and financial strategies during project lifecycles in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and web content for engineering clients. Perform system analysis, write maintainable code (.NET/Python/JavaScript), use SQL for data manipulation, document systems, and provide end-user programming support.

The Acoustic Consultant will perform acoustics assessments, conduct modelling, support impact assessments, prepare reports, and coordinate projects with teams.

Support deployment and adoption of digital tools (BIM, GIS, automation, analytics). Document and optimize workflows, build simple dashboards, assist with data preparation and model QA, perform light scripting, and contribute to training and user-support materials.

Support senior engineers by preparing designs, drawings, and specifications; perform site visits and surveys; run calculations and analyses; collaborate across disciplines; prepare technical reports and presentations; assist project management tasks; ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; stay current with civil engineering best practices.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, prepare technical specifications and drawings, maintain project records and schedules, manage communications with clients and authorities, support logistics and site visits, and assist quality assurance of design deliverables.

Provide reception and administrative support including managing correspondence and documentation, scheduling meetings and travel, preparing presentations, overseeing office supplies and vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance and events, and supporting IT and expense reporting.

Provide legal advice across Southeast Asia on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and dispute resolution. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage external counsel, support claims and compliance programs, and perform corporate secretarial duties. Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, identify and mitigate legal risks, and collaborate with regional teams to support infrastructure and construction projects.
